2. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

UnitClear uses artificial intelligence to analyze vehicle damage photos, generate inspection summaries, and provide fleet condition assessments. AI-generated content is advisory in nature and does not constitute a professional mechanical inspection, safety certification, or engineering assessment.

AI analysis may be incomplete, inaccurate, or fail to detect certain conditions. Qualified personnel must independently verify all AI-generated findings before making operational decisions. UnitClear LLC accepts no liability for outcomes resulting from reliance on AI-generated content without independent verification.

3. No Emergency Response Advice

UnitClear is a fleet inspection and management platform. It is not a tool for providing medical advice, emergency dispatch guidance, or real-time operational commands. Nothing on this platform should be interpreted as medical, safety, or emergency response advice.

Agency personnel should always follow their established protocols, chain of command, and regulatory requirements when making operational decisions.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, UnitClear LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform — including but not limited to vehicle damage, personnel injury, operational failures, or regulatory non-compliance — regardless of whether UnitClear LLC has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

5. Regulatory Compliance

UnitClear assists with inspection tracking and fleet management record-keeping. UnitClear does not guarantee compliance with NFPA, DOT, state, or local regulations. Compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and industry standards — including but not limited to NFPA 1911, NFPA 1901, and state EMS vehicle inspection requirements — remains the sole responsibility of the agency and its personnel.

6. Intellectual Property Notice

All content, text, design, graphics, software, and features of the UnitClear platform are the exclusive property of UnitClear LLC and are protected under United States copyright law and applicable international treaties. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use is strictly prohibited.
